This page concerns some of the background material very pertinent to the MKUltra project testing and abuses.
We include Kay Griggs interviews with Eric Hufschmid. It describes high levels of our military, their contractors and some of the covert activity they were and are engaged in.
Very pertinent to understand this mindset, which was directly connected to MKUltra Project Testing.
It partially answers the question: “How could any human being do this, to children and fellow adults?”
